AND CONDITIONS DELIVERY If your goods are in stock, they will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of order, otherwise please allow 28 days for delivery. All goods are dispatched by registered post and will require a signature. If you require an express delivery please ring our customer services team for a quotation. All overseas orders are sent by International Registered Post. Postage is charged according to the weight of the parcel, you will be notified of the approximate cost at the time of placing the order. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We will gladly exhange your goods or offer a refund at any time within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. All items must be returned in an unused and saleable condition. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and we strongly advise any returns are sent by registered post only, as we cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us in any other way. E&OE We reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without prior notice. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure that the colours are accurately reproduced, slight variations may arise due to the web process. |
